- •All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- •Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- •Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
- •Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the experience start time and receive a full refund.
- •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
- •If a tour is cancelled by the operator (e.g., due to weather or operational reasons), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Changes to Booking
- •Booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the experience start time via email or WhatsApp.
- •All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the supplier's policy.
4. Travel Documents
- •Customers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents, including valid identification, passports, and visas where applicable.
- •For certain tours or activities, we may request identification details to confirm eligibility or secure entry permits.
5. Tour Conditions
- •KEMER TOURS, LLC and KULLAR TURIZM act as booking agents and intermediaries for tours operated by third-party suppliers.
- •The tour operator is responsible for the delivery and execution of the tour.
- •Customers agree to comply with all rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by the tour operator.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- •KEMER TOURS, LLC and KULLAR TURIZM are not responsible for delays, changes, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- •Participation in tours and activities involves inherent risks. Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.
7. User Conduct
- •Users agree not to misuse the website or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- •We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
8. Privacy
- •Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- •We do not sell or misuse customer personal information.
9. Governing Law
