All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation by the operator (e.g., due to weather), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
3. Changes to Booking

To change your booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours in advance.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the supplier’s policy.
4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for carrying all necessary documents (ID, passport, visas).

For certain tours, we may request a copy of your ID or passport to confirm eligibility or secure entry permits.
5. Tour Conditions

KEMER TOURS acts as a reseller/intermediary and is not the direct operator of most tours.

We are not responsible for service quality, accidents, delays, or issues caused by third-party tour operators.

You agree to comply with the rules and safety guidelines of each tour provider.
6. Liability Disclaimer

KEMER TOURS and PRENNEK, LLC are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays beyond our control.

Participation in tours is at your own risk. We recommend obtaining travel insurance.
7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings or block users in the event of abusive behavior, fraud, or policy violation.
