1. Booking & Payments
- •All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- •Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- •予約画面では、対面で支払う「現地払い — 現金」と「現地払い — カード」を選択できます。オンライン決済やカード情報の入力は求めません。予約の確定は、代金の受領を意味しません。
- •選択した現地での支払方法は希望です。カード決済は対面で行います。催行会社がカードを受け付けるか確認してください。予約の承諾は別途必要です。実際に受領した支払方法は独立して記録されます。
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- •Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the experience start time and receive a full refund.
- •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
- •If a tour is cancelled by the operator (e.g., due to weather or operational reasons), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Changes to Booking
- •Booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the experience start time via email or WhatsApp.
- •All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the supplier's policy.
4. Travel Documents
- •Customers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents, including valid identification, passports, and visas where applicable.
- •For certain tours or activities, we may request identification details to confirm eligibility or secure entry permits.
5. Tour Conditions
- •Kemer Tours, LLC and KULLAR TURIZM act as booking agents and intermediaries for tours operated by third-party suppliers.
- •The tour operator is responsible for the delivery and execution of the tour.
- •Customers agree to comply with all rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by the tour operator.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- •Kemer Tours, LLC and KULLAR TURIZM are not responsible for delays, changes, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- •Participation in tours and activities involves inherent risks. Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.
7. User Conduct
- •Users agree not to misuse the website or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- •We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
8. Privacy
- •Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- •We do not sell or misuse customer personal information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and Turkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction and mandatory local consumer law requirements.
