集合場所：日本橋駅2番出口（難波・心斎橋付近）。行程は和歌山の貴志駅の訪問から始まり、同駅は駅長タマおよび後任のニタマで知られています。貴志駅では猫をテーマにしたカフェ、ショップ、記念スタンプの利用時間があり、その後猫をテーマにしたローカル列車に短時間（約15分、列車の種類はスケジュールによる）乗車します（例：Strawberry Train、Tama Train、Toy Train）。
その後、南紀白浜地域の大型海鮮市場・ToreTore Ichiba（とれとれ市場）へ向かい、まぐろの解体実演が予定されています（天候等により中止の場合あり）。昼食は各自負担です。白浜のToretore Onsen（とれとれ温泉）へのオプション訪問では温泉施設の利用が含まれ、塩石の岩盤浴や重炭酸ナトリウム泉を備えているとされています。温泉は歴史的記録にも言及されており長い歴史があるとされています。
ルートは千畳敷や三段壁などの海岸地帯へ続き、海抜0メートルの洞窟へは約36メートル下るエレベーターでアクセスします。洞窟内には地域の歴史に関する展示があります。大阪への帰着は渋滞やスケジュールにより変動しますが、到着予定は約18:40です。
