Cancellation & Refund Policy
At KEMER TOURS, operated by KEMER TOURS, LLC and KULLAR TURIZM (TURSAB No. 17894), we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring reliable tour operations.
Free Cancellation & Full Refund
- •Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour and receive a 100% full refund.
- •If a Flexible Cancellation option is selected during checkout (where available), customers may cancel up to 1 hour before the tour start time for a full refund.
- •Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cancellations
- •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time (or less than 1 hour for Flexible Cancellation bookings) are non-refundable.
- •No refunds are issued for:
- → No-shows
- → Late arrivals
- → Missed tours for any reason
Important Information
- •Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the local time of the tour departure location.
- •Booking modifications (such as date changes) are subject to availability and follow the same cancellation rules.
- •If KEMER TOURS cancels a tour due to operational issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
