Important Information

Wheelchair and mobility scooter policy
  • Vehicles are not equipped to provide full Access/ADA services
  • Collapsible wheelchairs or scooters with removable wheels may be accommodated only if a companion can assist with boarding, disassembly and reassembly
  • Drivers are not permitted to assist with disassembly/assembly of mobility devices or to physically lift customers
  • Mobility devices may not fit in certain vehicle luggage compartments
