Full description

The tour follows the Cape Peninsula route, including a drive along Chapman’s Peak and entry to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve where participants can view the sign marking the Cape of Good Hope, walk to coastal cliffs, and observe wildlife such as baboons, ostriches, and antelope. The itinerary continues to Cape Point, with the option to ride the funicular to the lighthouse or take a coastal hike. After lunch at a local coastal restaurant, the tour visits Boulders Beach to view the African penguin colony from the boardwalk. The day concludes with time in Simon’s Town to see the waterfront and its naval heritage; optional stops on the return route may include Muizenberg or Kalk Bay.
