Meet at 8:00 AM at JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit or 8:30 AM at Tokyo Mode Gakuen; arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Around 10:30, stop at Arakurayama Sengen Park (about 60 minutes), including the 397-step ascent to the viewing area overlooking Mount Fuji and Fujiyoshida; visibility is subject to weather. Around 11:45, visit the Hikawa Clock Shop area (about 20 minutes) and nearby streets that lead to a view of Mount Fuji. Around 12:30, visit Oshino Hakkai (about 90 minutes), the village with eight springs formed by melted snow from Mount Fuji. Lunch is not included; participants may bring food, purchase lunch at attractions, or use nearby restaurants. Around 14:30, stop at the Lawson convenience store by Kawaguchiko (about 20 minutes); take care when crossing roads and note that Fuji visibility may vary with weather. Around 15:20, visit Oishi Park (about 50 minutes); seasonal displays include lavender in summer and red kochia grass in autumn. During seasonal periods the itinerary may include the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor (approx. Oct 26–Nov 20) or the Kawaguchiko cherry blossom period (approx. Apr 5–14) instead of Oishi Park. Return to Tokyo with drop-off at JR Tokyo Station or Tokyo Mode Gakuen at approximately 18:30; travel time may be affected by traffic.
